Regulamin

1. Postanowienia ogólne

  1. Spójnik jest inicjatywą realizowaną przez Fundację TEATRIKON oraz Fundację TRACH (zwane dalej “Organizatorzy”) na zlecenie UM Lublin w ramach starań o tytuł Europejskiej Stolicy Kultury 2029 (ESK 2029).
  2. Jest to otwarta i nieodpłatna przestrzeń przeznaczona na realizację własnych aktywności, organizację spotkań, udział w bezpłatnych zajęciach skierowanych do mieszkańców i mieszkanek Lublina lub pracę indywidualną w bezpiecznym otoczeniu.
  3. Organizatorzy nie ponoszą odpowiedzialności za rzeczy prywatne pozostawione w przestrzeni Spójnika.
  4. Każda osoba korzystająca z przestrzeni zobowiązuje się do przestrzegania niniejszego regulaminu.

2. Zasady korzystania i dostępność

  1. Spójnik jest otwarty we wtorki i czwartki w godzinach 15:00- 21:00 oraz w środy i piątki od 9:00 do 15:00. Podane godziny mogą ulec zmianie. Poza ustalonymi godzinami istnieje możliwość korzystania z przestrzeni po wcześniejszym indywidualnym kontakcie.
  2. Możesz zgłaszać potrzebę skorzystania ze Spójnika na własne pomysły, projekty, aktywności i spotkania przez formularz dostępny na stronie: https://spojnik.org/formularz-rezerwacji/.
  3. Harmonogram działań oraz dostępność sali można sprawdzić w kalendarzu na stronie https://spojnik.org/.
  4. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do odmowy rezerwacji. Jeśli taka odmowa nastąpi, będzie ona poprzedzona rozmową z interesantem.  

3. Zasady korzystania z przestrzeni

  1. Osoby korzystające z przestrzeni zobowiązują się do utrzymania porządku i dbałości o wyposażenie.
  2. Osoby przebywające w Spójniku ponoszą pełną odpowiedzialność materialną za wyrządzone przez siebie szkody lub zniszczenia mienia należącego do Spójnika.
  3. Osoby korzystające z przestrzeni zobowiązane są do przestrzegania zasad BHP i ppoż. oraz instrukcji obsługi udostępnionego sprzętu.
  4. Można korzystać, zgodnie z przeznaczeniem, ze wszystkiego, co znajduje się w Spójniku, nie wynosimy rzeczy, sprzętu, mebli i produktów spożywczych itp. poza lokal.
  5. W Spójniku szanujemy siebie wzajemnie, indywidualność każdej osoby, zachowujemy się kulturalnie, zwracamy uwagę na potrzeby innych.
  6. Spójnik jest miejscem wolnym od wszelkiego rodzaju używek, dyskryminacji i agresji.
  7. Spójnik jest przestrzenią wolną od agitacji politycznej i religijnej.
  8. Osoba poniżej 18 r.ż. może przebywać w Spójniku wyłącznie z prawnym opiekunem lub samodzielnie po przyniesieniu pisemnej zgody (wzór jest dołączony do regulaminu).
  9. Koordynator/ka oraz Animator/ka Spójnika nie sprawują opieki nad osobami poniżej 18 r.ż, które przebywają na terenie Spójnika. Pełną odpowiedzialności za osoby niepełnoletnie i za ewentualne zniszczenia ponoszą ich opiekunowie prawni. 
  10. Ze Spójnika nie może korzystać:
    1. osoba, której stan wskazuje na spożycie alkoholu lub innych substancji odurzających i ogranicza jej zdolność do bezpiecznego i kulturalnego korzystania z przestrzeni.
    2. osoba, która zachowuje się agresywnie, prowokacyjnie lub w inny sposób stwarza zagrożenie dla bezpieczeństwa, spokoju innych osób lub utrudnia udział w wydarzeniach.
  11. W przypadku naruszenia lub łamania regulaminu Spójnika lub przepisów prawa, a także ogólnie przyjętych zasad i norm społecznych, osoba pracująca w Spójniku ma prawo wyprosić osobę korzystającą ze Spójnika. 

4. Wizerunek i promocja

  1. W związku z działalnością promocyjną Fundacja TEATRIKON oraz Fundacja TRACH mogą dokumentować działania realizowane w Spójniku i rozpowszechniać zdjęcia oraz wideo w Internecie oraz w materiałach drukowanych.
  2. Zgodnie z art. 81 prawa autorskiego, utrwalanie wizerunku nie wymaga zgody, gdy osoba stanowi jedynie szczegół całości (np. zgromadzenie, warsztaty, impreza publiczna lub element krajobrazu).
  3. Niezależnie od powyższego, każda osoba korzystająca z przestrzeni ma prawo zgłosić wniosek o usunięcie materiału multimedialnego, który budzi jej zastrzeżenia.

5. Postanowienia końcowe

  1. Ostateczna interpretacja zapisów niniejszego regulaminu należy do Koordynatora/ki lub Animatora/ki.
  2. Regulamin Spójnika służy utrzymaniu bezpiecznej i przyjaznej przestrzeni dla wszystkich. 
  3. Zapisy regulaminu mogą być aktualizowane w celu dostosowania ich do bieżących potrzeb użytkowników oraz zmieniających się warunków funkcjonowania miejsca.

        Terms and Conditions

        General provisions

        1. Spójnik is an initiative implemented by the TEATRIKON Foundation and the TRACH Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the „Organizers”) on behalf of the City of Lublin, as part of the efforts to achieve the title of European Capital of Culture 2029 (ECoC 2029).

        2. It is an open and free space designed for carrying out one’s own activities, organizing meetings, participating in free classes aimed at the residents of Lublin, or individual work in a safe environment.

        3. The Organizers shall not be held liable for personal belongings left in the Spójnik space.

        4. Every person using the space undertakes to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

        Rules of use and availability

        1. Spójnik is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 15:00 to 21:00, and on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 to 15:00. The specified hours are subject to change. Outside the established hours, it is possible to use the space upon prior individual contact.

        2. You can submit a request to use Spójnik for your own ideas, projects, activities, and meetings via the form available at: https://spojnik.org/formularz-rezerwacji/.

        3. The schedule of activities and room availability can be checked in the calendar at: https://spojnik.org/.

        4. The Organizers reserve the right to refuse a reservation. If such a refusal occurs, it will be preceded by a conversation with the applicant.

        1. Rules of using the space

        Persons using the space undertake to maintain order and take care of the equipment.

        Persons staying in Spójnik bear financial liability for any damage caused by them or destruction of property belonging to Spójnik.

        Persons using the space are obliged to comply with health and safety and fire safety regulations, as well as the operating instructions of the provided equipment.

        Everything located in Spójnik may be used in accordance with its intended purpose; items, equipment, furniture, food products, etc., must not be taken outside the premises.

        In Spójnik, we respect one another, honor each person’s individuality, behave politely, and pay attention to the needs of others.

        Spójnik is a place free from all types of stimulants/intoxicants, discrimination, and aggression.

        Spójnik is a space free from political and religious agitation.

        Minors under the age of 18 may stay in Spójnik only with a legal guardian, or independently upon prior submission of a written consent form (the template is attached to these Terms and Conditions).

        The Coordinator and the Animator of Spójnik do not provide care or supervision for minors under 18 staying on the premises of Spójnik. Full liability for minors and any potential damage is borne by their legal guardians.

        The following persons are not allowed to use Spójnik:

        Any person whose condition, resulting from the consumption of alcohol or other intoxicating substances, limits their ability to use the space safely and politely.

        Any person who behaves aggressively, provocatively, or in any other way poses a threat to safety, the peace of other individuals, or hinders participation in events.

        In the event of a breach or violation of the Spójnik Terms and Conditions, provisions of law, or generally accepted social rules and norms, a staff member of Spójnik has the right to ask the user to leave the premises.

        1. Image and promotion

        In connection with promotional activities, the TEATRIKON Foundation and the TRACH Foundation may document activities carried out in Spójnik and distribute photos and videos on the Internet and in printed materials.

        Pursuant to Art. 81 of the Polish Copyright Law, recording an image does not require consent when the individual constitutes only a detail of a larger whole (e.g., a gathering, a workshop, a public event, or an element of the landscape).

        Notwithstanding the above, any person using the space has the right to request the removal of any multimedia material that raises their objections.

        1. Final provisions

        The final interpretation of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions rests with the Coordinator or the Animator.

        The Terms and Conditions of Spójnik serve to maintain a safe and friendly space for everyone.

        The provisions of these Terms and Conditions may be updated to adapt them to the current needs of users and the changing operating conditions of the venue.
